Building your LP86
I picked up this car off an auction to show you how we build a car from an existing build. It's a whole new challenge but there are a couple tricks to get this done.

This car came from the previous owner with some upgrades already. You'll see some adjustable tie-rods, some wieghts in specific places and even some carbon on it. It also came with a Futaba CD701 and a brushed Tamiya Gforce setup. I stole the servo for another build but will be sticking with a futaba setup in the end.

This specific chassis came with some Reve'd Axles which i'm pretty excited to try. But while converting the stock arms to our Carbon Arms we generally add a small spacer (2mm is fine) to the uderside of the bottom arm. This ads some spacing for a smoother pin movement and prevents teh e-clip from catching on occasion.

From here the transition moves a little faster, this is where the real fun begins and you can see the car start to take shape.
I have installed our:
- Main Chassis
- Front Arms
- Servo Mount
- Foam Delete Kit

From there I remove the factory Battery tray and built this section out to stand on it's own before I attach it to the main chassis.

And Now we're complete! A full selection of Slide Factory goodies are installed and the car is almost ready for the LP Cup Round 2!
